Either invest 100% upfront to benefit from annual ROI payments from the date of investment, or invest 50% during construction and 50% on completion to benefit from annual ROI payments from the date of handover.

What does guaranteed return on investment mean?
Arada has put in place a guaranteed annualized return on your investment at8% (net) for 10 years. This means that Arada commits to ensuring that 8% of your original investment will be paid every year starting from either the date of your investment (if 100% is paid upfront), or starting from the date of handover,depending on which investment option you choose.
